Computer Hardware Returns
Customers have the right to return unopened computer hardware within 14 days of receipt, provided that the items are in their original, sealed packaging. ASIC Miner Hardware Returns
Please note that returns of ASIC miner hardware are not accepted due to the nature of these products. ASIC miners are intended for profit generation and their market value is extremely volatile, sometimes experiencing significant fluctuations within a single day.
Shipping Your Return

ASiC Miner Return Policy:
- No Refunds: ASiC miners are sold under specific conditions and are non-refundable.
- DOA: If the device is Dead on Arrival (DOA), we cover return shipping. Report this issue immediately.
- 3-Days Rule: If no fault is reported within 3 days, responsibility for the device lies with the buyer.
- User Damage: Devices damaged due to misuse will not be covered. Shipping costs for returns will be the buyer’s responsibility.
