Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Crypto Mining Hubs. All Orders will be shipped by DHL, FEDEX, UPS, EMS etc. Usually shipment takes 2-10 days to reach the destination to anywhere in the world from China and Hong Kong by express shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via Email or WhatsApp.

Please note that depending on your shipping address and product availability, your order may arrive in multiple shipments or be sent directly from our warehouse in China and Hong Kong. We are committed to providing our customers with efficient and reliable delivery services. Here’s what you need to know about our delivery process:

Tracking Information

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped and we will provide you tracking number in 24-48 hours once goods has shipped from our warehouse.

Shipping and Delivery Dates

Any shipping or delivery dates provided will be estimates only. We are not responsible for any delay from the manufacturer or production of the machines.

Additional Shipping Fee For Remote Area

Upon identification of your address as a remote area, an extra shipping fee will be added to your order. The additional fee is necessary to account for the increased expenses and logistical challenges involved in delivering to remote areas.

Customs and Import Duties

We help reduce your tax by making a lower invoice. However, customs clearance costs are borne by you. Citizens should pay import duties to the customs according to law based on different customs policies of various countries and regions. Please note that the tax is not collected by Crypto Mining Hubs but by local customs.

Packing

Every machine includes PSU and original company packing.

Standard Packaging:
- All mining hardware orders include sufficient protective materials to safeguard against damage during shipping.
- Packages are inspected before shipping to ensure they meet carrier safety requirements.
Power Supply Units:
- Mining hardware orders include the necessary power supply units (PSUs) unless otherwise specified in the product listing.
Reporting Damage:
- If your package arrives with significant external damage, report the issue to the carrier immediately and contact us within 24 hours.
- Retain all packaging materials and provide photographic evidence to support your claim with the carrier.

Inspection

When you receive your shipment, please inspect all packages and machines,if have any problem, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Email. Insurance is not included in the price of the machine. In the case that the customer has purchased insurance service, if the machine is lost, the insurance company will provide corresponding compensation service.

Damages

Crypto Mining Hubs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Testing and Additional Shipping Charges
